Default Inter Guild Battles?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, had a quick scan but couldn't see it,

First of all we are having inter Guild discussions about who we allow to actually start a guild battle, this is causing a debate atm. Some say anyone, others just the leader etc etc.

It all boils down to the fact that we only want decent teams competing.

I suggest allowing inter guild battles of 2-8 players per team to be fought at the guild hall with some form of guild ladder for individual members just a simple kill count rather than xp to avoid these battles being abused for the porposes of levelling up. This would be an excellent way of training for GvG battles and also give you the opportunity to hammer a guild member for a laugh! There would then be no question about who was ready and who wasn't within the guild. The inter guild ladder need not be the sole basis for deciding who can and can't enter the guild battles, these battles would also allow officers/leaders the opportunity to watch other players and asess their readiness!
